Definitely went off too quick for the first few reps. The 1600 felt tough. Lovely to have Simon along as he helped me keep going. Enjoyed the last few reps!

It’s a tricky session but a good one ahead of the race Thursday. It’s definitely nice to have company and Si is running really well right now. Always appreciate the company as I know I need to set an example when you lot are watching 😂
