A very well regarded trail race. Around 300 metres of elevation with plenty of rolling hills. CLICK HERE to view more details of the route on Strava.

For those most part don’t worry about pace. Run to feel, but once you get past that last hill around 11 miles, that would be the time to finish strongly, assuming you have energy left. Not a race where chasing a time though, just one to go out and enjoy.
