Plan 1 – Week 10

Solid week completed. Had an off run on weds but Friday and Saturday sessions made up for it! Particularly pleased with one mknute and 20 seconds taken off the fastest time since 2023 at parkrun. Felt like a big step up but like you say may be harder to repeat! But bench stone set and will try to get as near as possible next time I’m set a hard run! Looking forward to next week!

Fantastic work Lucy. And these improvements have been coming off a relatively low training points target, so as we continue to nudge that up, you should continue to get faster. In theory, it’s only when you can’t train any harder than your times will stop improving.
