Plan 1 – Week 11

  • 8th - 14th September

Strides were missed…whoops🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️  I forgot that I was supposed to do them on Friday…well, that’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it😂😂

Also did 4 x 10 mile bike rides, to work and back, so that’s helping my fitness.

Felt like that was another good week. I see various parts of the plan really paying off now, such as the continuous hills session and the strength and conditioning. Feeling stronger and fitter, and just generally feeling the benefit of having a coach, who provides the training sessions. Quality over quantity is definitely helping. Looking forward to what’s still to come

Those bike rides will definitely help. I do include some bike rides in the plans but to be honest 60 mins of cycling is worth about 20 mins for running so it’s not a massive difference. But certainly helps. Really pleased you’re enjoying the plan. I’m working hard to evolve my coaching methods all the time and the addition of new sessions is one of those, so I’m excited to put them to the test. Keep up the great work Joe.
