Hello! So did a 90 and a 55 ish this week so not a total break. Walked a lot…

Am booked onto the rye/hastings run so can do that Sunday 21st tho might be a bit cheese and wine heavy…

Races after that are the Hastings Half, HR 10k and poss the bedgbury if doable

It was a holiday so I wouldn’t be hard on yourself. You did well to get 2 runs in and all the walking will definitely have helped too. I’ll add the Rye to Hastings to the plan for Sunday, that’s a perfect alternative to the session we did have scheduled.
