Plan 1 – Week 12

Plans fine. Ive just been unlucky with some Mental illness issues, which arnt quite resolved as their is an issue at work being dealt with. And caught the flu. But overall I’ve made good progress with this plan. Parkrun times have gone from around 38 mins to 32 and a half mins. I am running with a group up to an hour. Not really sure if id be able to run for an hour on my own. Before this illness I was managing to consistently run 3 times a week. Stamina and breathing have both improved.. and I’m doing leg and core work. Had a great first time at track so that should improve things from next plan. Overall I think we’ve done rather well!

Yeah let me know if you do manage to get anything done this week and I can tweak the “Pts Earned” and percentage for this week. But I agree with everything you’ve said. The progress has been clear to see and up until recent weeks you smashed the training. If we can get back on track I definitely feel there is still plenty of scope for improvement too. Really well done Lucy.
