Plan 1 – Week 13

  • I’m feeling good about the plan. It feels very much to my pace which I like as I don’t feel rushed. I like that it gets switched up aswell as it keeps it exciting and I’m always looking forward to my runs. I like the added strength sessions aswell and definitely noticing an improvement in them.

You’re doing really well but last week got me thinking about the nature of this Walk to Run program we’ve been doing. If we had a set date for completing a 5k then perhaps we’d be more rigid but I just wanted to highlight, how running can be different and what you can expect going forward. Keep up the great work Megan and see you Wednesday.
