Plan 1 – Week 13

Not a bad week, given that I was feeling ill for some of it. 2 bikes rides to work made up a little for the missed sessions

general stiffness and aches from a full on weekend of training. Nothing that a bit of stretching won’t sort out

Yeah the bike rides definitely helped and close to hitting the targets despite a few missed sessions. Β£30 a month is a big drop in price and worth exploring that option. Let me know if you do decide to join and then which days it will suit you best for the S&C. Some great sessions done this week Joe and love the effort you are putting into the training. Keep it up.
