Plan 1 – Week 14

I’m really enjoying the plan, always super excited to see what you plan and really liking switching it up.

I stopped more than I’d have liked to on the 30 minute run but kept the time stopped as short as I could and carried on.

No worries on the core workout. I think we still hit the target anyway. I’m glad you are enjoying it and other benefits are coming from the running too. We were on a 10am train from Hastings on Thursday morning and as we past Glynde Gap there was a big group of kids and adults walking. That may even have been your group. Keep doing what you’re doing though and you’ll continue to see improvements in both your fitness and hopefully self confidence too. Excellent work Megan.
