Plan 1 – Week 14

  • Feeling really good. The variation of the speed work sessions is one of the main reasons I’m with you. Loved the 10 x 1 mile @ HMP, and the speed sessions for this coming week look awesome too!

Sore throat and a cold now…I get better for a couple of days, then it hits me again, which is what I’ve heard from friends at work, so I’ve definitely got what’s going around. Unfortunately, this caused me to miss the 2nd S&C sesh of the week. Spending about 5 hours on my feet, marshalling and walking has just about finished me off

Another really strong week. Well done Joe and pleased to hear you are enjoying the variety. There is loads going round at the moment. I guess the only thing I can suggest which I’m bad at myself is keep washing your hands. But you might already be doing that anyway and just being around people makes you vulnerable. Always happy to try and sort you out a lift if need be. One quick look at the teams schedule tells me Mark is at parkrun Saturday.
