Plan 1 – Week 15

Work and life still hectic, so didn’t manage to fit a few of the S&C sessions in! (To think I’m just now getting into the really busy season at work 😣)

However, I managed to fit the main sessions in and finished the week strong with HHM!

No injury issues

By my calculations you still racked up 131 training pts so that’s great. And that’s the right approach. When time is limited, focus on the key sessions and that way you’ll get the best results. Sunday was epic. Honestly so impressed. I’ve never ran HHM that fast and I know conditions were tough so I have a lot of respect for that time. Well done Jamie.
