Plan 1 – Week 16

Happy with the plan. I feel like I’m progressing each week.
I’ve thought about some races and will take your advice. Perhaps Paddock Wood half marathon and a 5k and 10k between now and then? I will follow any you recommend, I’ve not raced in so long!

COACH

Great work Lou as always. Paddock Wood is my favourite race. Very boring from a route and spectator point of view but great for a quick time and always a strong field. Plus we normally get a good group 🍊 going up which makes it a fun morning out. I’ll have a look for suitable 10ks that would work well in terms of timing and the plan and let you know.
