What a way to conclude a hugely successful first plan. Week off plan now. If you want to do a few easy runs, by all means, but I would recommend a small break. I’ve created the new plan, so if you scroll down to assessments you’ll see all the details. Lots to look forward to and hopefully we can continue to see progress and get you in great shape for London in April. Awesome work Jamie.
