Plan 1 – Week 17

  • Cry For the first time in a long time, Iโ€™m not beating myself about the missed sessions, so Iโ€™m happy about that. Obviously, itโ€™s not ideal and I donโ€™t wanna be making a habit of missing so many sessions, so looking forward to getting the new week started in the gym later.
