Just need to get one more big run under belt I think for confidence.

Normal bruises and grazes. And was on the bad knee leg too. Seemed to have got better after few days

Sometimes there will be things beyond our control that stop us from completing the training, as was the case here with the fall. So important not to be critical of yourself. 116pts banked this week which is still a decent amount and close to 90% of the target. So no need to panic and still time to get that long run squeezed in before the marathon. I’m pleased with where you’re at right now. Well done Andy.
