Plan 1 – Week 3

This week has been a struggle with fitting anything in. I managed 2 gym sessions but then park run was cancelled and I didn’t make that run up elsewhere.
the training has been helpful an motivating, and I think I b going forward I’d love to come to the run club, on a Monday most likely as long as I can organise childcare, which is my main limiting factor most of the time.
I do feel I’ve got fitter and stronger, and just being able to run the whole 5K without stopping is an achievement in itself.
I was very inspired by the HM runners today, and would love to be able to work up to that distance, but know I’ve got a long way to go!

2 classes is still pretty good. Yeah if you can make the Monday session some weeks I think that would really help. No reason you couldn’t do the half marathon. It was watching that 10 years ago that inspired me to start running. It’s all about consistency over a long period of time 12 months + that really makes the difference. So even on weeks you don’t get a run in, those classes will help.
