Plan 1 – Week 4

Happy with my efforts this week. Glad that Friday was a rest day as I really felt Thursday’s 20 x 1min at 9rpe in my hips and legs.

Feeling good though and enjoying the Tuesday sessions

Great work Glenn. A really strong week. It’s not that often we’ll do two sessions during the week and we can always switch it too the weekend if you find that easier. But you would have made some big gains doing both those. Tuesday’s this week is similar but hopefully running with the group can help. Runner like Matt (20:08 parkrun), Conal (19:09) parkrun should give you a good idea of the pace you want to be running the reps apps. A little slower than then obviously. But I see no reason why in time you can’t be matching those guys. They’ve just both been with me for a long time, hence why they’re hitting those quick parkruns now.
