Plan 1 – Week 6

Happy to get this week done after beachy head marathon. Still hit 30 miles which is great, with 12 of those in Tenerife.

Hoping training in the sun will help me a bit when I’m back.

Always managing it but still in a good place in general.

You did amazing given the circumstances and how you felt after Beachy Head. Let me know about the speed session. You could either do something like 20 x 1 min on the treadmill or we could include a hill session, like 20 x 30 seconds. Most important thing is to enjoy your holiday though. I hope you have a great time.
