Plan 1 – Week 7

Unfortunately I missed the biggest run as it was on the weekend and I had no childcare. However I did an 1 hour exercise class on Saturday that allowed childcare so glad I got something in.

Even though I didn’t hit my target this week I did the week before so I’m not going to worry too much at this point.

The beauty of these training plans and the weekly feedback is we can adapt, and quickly. So then if you do miss a run we can tweak the plan, whether it be the following week, as in this case of further down the line. But either way, missing a session then won’t have any impact come race day. So always important not to be disappointed, especially if the reason was out of your control. Well done Alison for getting all the other sessions done and the extra S&C workout.
