Plan 1 – Week 8

Favourite session was the tempo session or hill session. (Both!) I love the longish medium intensity sessions. I enjoy those hard workouts with people as well. Hill session went well I think and the tempo went faster than I expected and felt great. This week had another great mixture of hard and easy sessions before HHM. Thank you Simon!

Smashing it right now Manami. Not really much else to add other than keep ticking off those sessions. We’re laying down some really good building blocks for when the longer marathon runs come in, later in the year. Confidence should be really high heading into the HHM this weekend as you are running great.
