Plan 1 – Week 9

The plan was /has been perfect! I always feel not enough when I train by myself. I’ve followed the plan you give me and they work so well and no injuries (if I do proper warm up before the session)

Tuesday session was really good before the half marathon and gentle jog on Friday was perfect too.

All worked so well. I got a course PB
