Enjoyed the increase in training. Got it all done. Injuries behaving. Is it time to reintroduce strides?

INJURIES/NIGGLES 🚑

I’m having issues with my back. This not new. And is muscular. Seeing an osteopath who says keep training. I’ve had this before and didn’t stop training and it resolved . I’ll let you know if it starts to impact training

COACH

Another fantastic week. Well done Lou. Let’s start with 4 x 50 metre strides on Monday after the 40 mins easy. Just reign them in a little, so the middle 30-35 metres should be about 80% of top speed.
