Plan 2 – Week 1

A good week. Completed everything on the plan and hit target paces. Legs a bit sore from yesterday’s run. Not used to the distance I guess.  Will try to book a sports massage and regular stretching

Fantastic week Lou. Yes hopefully as we do a few more of those longer runs the legs will adapt. But that is the biggest training week you’ve done since teaming up so no surprise they are whinging a little. Keep up the great work.
