Plan 2 – Week 1

Good first week of new plan. Enjoyed all the sessions. Pleased with Beckley result – think that’s my quickest 10k since Lydd in 2021.

I’m so pleased. Not so much the result Sunday but just the execution. You did everything right from my perspective. All the little extra like the WU/Drills and Strides. Then as you past us you looked so strong. For what it’s worth Amy is a 1:35 half marathon runner. Perhaps not her best time Sunday, but it shows how well you did to stick close to her. Awesome work Karl.
