Plan 2 – Week 1

Bit of a bad start to the week . Anxiety is quite high at the moment. But managed to have 2 good runs to finish off the week. Im doing the best i can and thats all i can do. Was thrilled with my time on Saturday. Within 10 seconds of my previous fastest time of the year 32.30. Looking forward to next week.

Really well done for bouncing back this week and doing all the other sessions. Sorry to hear you are still struggling. It’s a tricky one for me, as obviously I’m not really in a position to offer much advice, but I will say that I care deeply about the runners I work with, and that relates to mental wellbeing just as much as it does getting PBs. So I’m hear to listen if you need support, whatever it might be. And Jax too, as I know she commented on your Strava. We mean that. So don’t feel like you are isolated or also can only rely on Ben. Keep up the great work and hopefully things will settle down again.
