Plan 2 – Week 16

This was a good week. I only really had four months of proper training to prepare for the London marathon this year so my next marathon in March should be far better if I can have a solid year of prep behind me. Iโ€™m not thinking about that right now and not looking forward to those long runs at all. ย 90 minutes is great on a Sunday but two/three hours or more starts to feel like a chore.

Plan is perfect at the moment. Enjoying my easy runs and working hard or very hard on the quicker runs. Donโ€™t need to do more right now.

Always keeping sciatica at bay. Makingplank more of a focus,and wall sitting. Want to get my blood pressure down. It is too high through no fault of my own. Itโ€™s high in our family
