Really well done. 6 sessions ticked off including a half marathon and a really good progression run. What’s not to love? The Winchelsea route is a good alternative as is the Cuckoo Trail. I will drop you a message about fuelling. Electrolytes? I got away without using them for a long time in truth and have only just added them to my training (I’m always wary of what I eat and drink due to allergies). So far I think they have helped as I felt great at the end of my Amble. Perhaps something to experiment with and see how you get on.
