Good week! I think I’m exactly where I want to be this close to a race! That 3×3 miles is such a mental battle, but glad I got one more mile in at race pace, Next week’s tempo is the real test to see!

I think when it comes to race day, so much of it is mental. Having that ability to really dig deep and override those inevitable negative comments that creep into our minds. But I think anyone on the team who’s stuck to their plan, should be able to use that as a confidence builder to keep pushing, knowing they’ve done the hard work to set themselves up for race day. Same applies to you. All those miles, all those sessions, you just need to work hard for one more run and the result will come your way.
