Plan 2 – Week 2

Much better week, feeling like I’m coming back to form.

Still need to improve speed a bit more but feeling good about the direction.

10k not so good but that’s my own stupid fault 😁 Shame as I felt great by end of week. Anyway, on track for hopefully a decent run next Saturday.

Would be good to have a good run at the 5k on 16th too, feel like can go bit faster…

Fantastic well done Victoria. Glad you are feeling strong as I said in the race feedback, don’t be too hard on yourself about Sunday. Were it a goal race, then perhaps, but you’ve got to enjoy life as well. Keep doing what you are doing and I think you’ll continue to see improvements in your running. Lots to be excited about over the next 4 months.
