Plan 2 – Week 3

Still too early to comment too much, but feel good generally. Could do with HHM being a couple of weeks later so I can build up the miles a bit more, but need to remind myself that doing it this year is a bonus, as I was expecting to write off whole year in terms of competitive running.

So, overall fairly happy.

Not going to talk about my knee, unless it gets worse, but it is still a constant niggle.

Yeah I think expectations is always important at this stage of the plan and just to be grateful for the running. No worries about Tuesday (or Wednesday). I can always tweak the session if you don’t fancy the hills. Let me know. But another really solid week and that’s the key right now, just making sure everything we do is progressive and not over doing it, especially if the knee is still a slight concern. Great work Ben.
