Plan 2- Week 3

Bit of a tough week all round with a missed session on monday rescheduled until weds but ended up being missed. But its a positive to getting 4 sessions completed even though was having some mental health issues. Im hoping this should settle abit now with hopefully a work issue being resolved on Monday. I still think the plan is going well despite my issues for the last few weeks. Looking forward to next weeks training. Ill be doing the weds session this week as busy on friday.
