Plan 2 – Week 3

Hi Simon ran Wednesday then was off to Portsmouth docks with my two for two days, it was tight again that night so decided to not run at all again untill the new schedule for next week. Have completed all S&C  you set which has been no probs as well as my stretches and have made sure I have been walking at least. Feeling positive and resting it seems to have been benifical.

No worries. We did wonder where you were Sunday. I think at the moment just taking it a bit steadier and responding to how the calf feels is wise. Hopefully another week of easy miles and S&C will make a big difference.
