Plan 2 – Week 4

Felt good this week – did the efforts by myself and completed all the other sessions as well. Very happy with how things are going.

Feel like I know where the work is required – core strength and getting miles in the legs – I feel my pace has mostly returned.

Also, watched a lot of the Ryder Cup over last 2 days, so that has helped my general mood!

Excellent week Ben and good to know your strengths and weaknesses. ASPT would be fine on Monday, just swap it out for the shorter sessions we currently have in the schedule. I didn’t see much of the golf over the first 2 days other than the highlights. Went to bed at 8pm last night as I’d been poorly and thought I’d watch Europe wrap it up quickly before going to sleep. Didn’t expect I’d still be watching nearly 3 hours later πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ
