Plan 2 – Week 5

Didn’t end up doing the arms session. Then today (Monday) I did ASPT, so I tried to move that session to today, and I just duplicated it to last Monday! 🀣 So now I haven’t done it twice.

Liked the HM taper session and as I said really pleased to run the whole of the HM and in my personal target time.

I think the orange socks helped!

A really good week with the HHM the obvious highlight. So pleased you hit your goal and enjoyed the race as well. Leave this week with me.
