Plan 2 – Week 6

Went well this week ending with good parkrun and run today. Good to have a couple of easier days after HHM.

I feel like the plan is working and looking forward to try and get faster over the next couple of months.

Great week Ben and glad you are seeing those improvements. If long running Saturday then perhaps Wednesday if you have time would work for the longer run. It’s the least important session of the week in truth, so missing it wouldn’t be the end of the world, but I think the more you can hit those targets, on the number, the better those gains are going to be.
