Plan 2 – Week 8

Missed the interval session, I had moved it to Friday as I had a busy week and a festival on Wednesday. Decided to save my legs for the longer run on Sunday, which I’m glad I did. Enjoyed my long run and my 5 mile run with run club on the Monday night. Circuits and Pilates done as normal with no issues.
