Tuesday was one of those things. Not much you can do about that. But Thursday was a good example of how you can make amends if you miss an efforts session. By running faster at the Bimble you put in more effort, earning more points and that helps the training. So well done there, in the end that means it was a productive week with 90 pts earned. Not quite the target, but that’s fine, that will happen some weeks, we can always make up for it going forward. That’s something to remember if you miss a session, don’t get too down and just think, it’s ok “Coach” will tweak the plan so I can catch up again. It’s why this feedback is invaluable so I can make those changes and ensure you progress. Well done Lou.
