Plan 4 – Week 1

A  solid  week  of  training in the bag feeling pretty tired after that week but that all good as I have done a   lot of elevation and  miles compared to what I  was doing.

Legs are heavy but ok

Great work Steve, yeah it was a bigger week than we’ve done previously and I think it will just be a case of seeing how the legs feel. I think keeping one of the easier run flatter will help with recovery. Otherwise you’re backing ending up with 4 tough runs each week and that is really going to take it’s toll on the legs. But excellent work.
