Plan 4 – Week 12

Knee is niggling but over all enjoying the running

great to watch the Hastings half and cheer everyone on. It’s almost as exhausting as running it πŸ˜‚

Carried a flag in the wind at run a rave a couple of weeks ago. The resistance has caused my knee to hurt (same knee as ligament damage.
