Plan 4 – Week 13

All sessions completed this week.
Went out and did what would be my track session on my own.
bimbled, one strength and conditioning and a strong 10km race!

super proud of this PB. Getting down to 27min 5km was an achievement and now to hold that sort of pace for a 10km feels incredible. I know it was flat so a little bit of cheating there but it’s still a 10km and on home ground.

Legs felt strong. If anything it was my breathing that I struggled with on the last mile and a half. If I can improve that then i definitely feel like my legs can hold that pace for longer.

Left knee on the outside. Can be absolutely fine then all of a sudden a 9 in pain and hobbling. Pain relief and anti inflammatory helped for sunday

Fantastic effort on your PB on Sunday, really pleased. That knee pain is a little worry so definitely keep an eye on that, hopefully it will be one of those niggles that just subsides. Do the best you can, I’m not going to criticise the week after such a strong performance, so you’ve got some leeway from me πŸ˜‰
