Good week! Tuesday’s session didn’t feel particular great but got it done but very pleased with the session sunday and how it felt! – Now just to let the body recover and come in fresh for the 1/2!!

Tight lower back but mainly cause of sitting at a desk to much – going to get a massage treatment on tuesday to help the body!
