great session at track on Monday.
went for a 5km run with my friend whoโ€™s just started running on Wednesday.
work was a nightmare this week so didnโ€™t make it to bimble and then partied all weekend for the bank holiday which I never do! But it was good fun.
really going to try and get my long run in next week as itโ€™s been too long since Iv done one
