Plan 4 – Week A

A bit tired today after park run yesterday but a lazy day today so I’ll be ready for Tuesday efforts. So much stronger at5k than three months ago. No comparison. Sure I can use that as a building block to run Paddock Wood constantly quicker next year.
Not as stressed by work as I thought I’d be so good times.
