Plan 5 – Week 11

The Achilles is only kicking in around mile 7 now so I think that’s an improvement.

I’ve been so bad with stretching lately, I haven’t done any in weeks – sorry coach! But I’m feeling really motivated to fit it back in next week!

SUMMARY

  • Week: πŸ™„ Not quite good enough
  • Plan: πŸ™„ Not hitting my targets
  • Pts: βœ… Yes, it feels right

INJURIES/NIGGLES πŸš‘

Achilles and glutes still playing up. Manageable at the moment though

  • Pain Level: : 5/10

COACH

94% of the plan done and given the challenges you have at this time of year that’s impressive. Glad there is some improvement in the Achilles. Diet is so important, it can be a real game changer. If time is an issue perhaps explore something like Cook for your own meals. Probably too expensive to feed all the kids using that but I picked up 3 or 4 really nice meals for them. I don’t normally get home until 8pm most weekdays so having them to chuck in the microwave works well. Feels expensive at about Β£6 a pop but when it means you don’t have to waste any time doing food prep it’s actually a decent investment.
