Nice easy week, enjoyable chatty runs 😊

Left glute slightly tight still but trying to stretch plus I had a pain in my heel and bottom of my foot on Sunday which I stretched out on the run and it seems fine now! Strange!!!

Well done Klare, an excellent week all round. Just keep an eye on the glute. A constant concern for me and I find it’s a sitting injury rather than a running niggle. Too many hours at my desk.
