Plan 5 – Week 12

Crazy week, not enough time to fit everything in!

Hastings Half was a disaster for me and I think as I did so well on the Rye to Hastings thought I had this in the bag but it wasn’t to be!

My other injuries after my fall feel worse than my glute right now so probably only a 5 now but felt like an 8 on race day!

COACH

One of those weeks. Rest up, dust yourself down and we go again. I’ve said to a few people this week how I’ve been chasing a sub 3:30 marathon for about 4 years and have failed 5 times, before finally achieving it. Sometimes these setbacks can make us stronger.
