No worries Kelly. You were on holiday after all. And as you said, it’s motivating to get out for a few runs. 4 runs and a HIIT session is still a decent week. The fact you did the Amble a while back gives me a lot of confidence you’ll be fine for your Ultra. See how you feel upon your return. It’s actually a pretty light session in truth and you can make it easier by adjusting the pace slightly. Last evening in the park too before the darkness sets in.
