Plan 5 – Week 14

Felt stronger this week, more positive and I’m trying to stay that way rather than always looking for faults.

Β

Going to pay a bit more attention to my diet again this week too.

Like I said I’m gonna really concentrate on the diet as I felt I was getting somewhere a couple of weeks ago.

Rye to Hastings was the first time I really felt the Achilles for a while. They’ve been niggly but the pain got pretty bad during this run. Glute is still painful but I had my MRI scan last week so hoping I’ll have a bit more information about that soon.

SUMMARY

  • Week: 😏 Solid week
  • Plan: 😏 Pretty pleased
  • Pts: βœ… Yes, it feels right

INJURIES/NIGGLES πŸš‘

Mostly my stomach this week however my Achilles played up quite badly for the rye to Hastings

  • Pain Level: : 6/10

COACH

Really well done Kelly, a solid week, anything over 100pts is decent. In terms of this week I’ve moved a few things around including track. As for Diet, it probably the single most important thing in terms of our wellbeing and it amazes me, as someone now that does eat well, how people mistreat themselves and eat so much shit. Yes I have a restricted diet, but I enjoy my food far more now than I used to as I eat much healthier. Give me a Massaman Vegetable Curry over a McDonalds any day of the week.
