Plan 5 – Week 16

Got everything done this week which is a real positive, has some solid runs but the blooming glute issue and trapped nerve is really starting to rear it’s head. I’m hoping it just stays niggly rather than stabbing as it did Saturday. I can get through the Achilles and everything else just because of my stubbornness to get it done but the trapped nerve is just excruciating.

Stomach has felt better though and the fueling was ok this week – so some wins!
