Plan 5 – Week 19

  • 25th August 2025

Hello!

Right, I’ll get on board with the weekly feedback! So shall I now not do session feedback unless there is something specific to say? Anyway, as you know, I had a week off! I decided to rest my leg and not do any running,Β  but I did a fair bit of hill walking which was great. Leg is okay, some weird twinges but I’m feeling more optimistic… just wondering whether to do easy runs this week (as on plan) or just get out on walks to keep moving, and avoid me stressing over leg… Do you have a strong opinion on that Meanwhile, I can meet online any night Mon(ie today) to Thurs… what works for you? X

Ongoing but ignorable, just worried incase it gets worse and stops me on event.

SUMMARY

  • Week: πŸ™„ Not quite good enough
  • Plan: 😏 Pretty pleased
  • Pts: βœ… Yes, it feels right

INJURIES/NIGGLES πŸš‘

Weird lower leg!!

  • Pain Level: : 2/10

COACH

Hi Anna, if there’s not much to say on the individual sessions you can save it for the weekly feedback. Then if you feel you need a lift or a response, the session feedback is still there to use. What this allows me to do is save this information going forward, then in future plans will have all that information to reflect back on. Such as injuries, whether we hit the targets etc. So will allow us both to learn much more about what works and what we might do differently going forward. In terms of this week. Given you didn’t run at all this week, I’d be inclined to do one of each. Perhaps a 30 min easy run Tuesday just to keep the legs ticking over and then a walk Thursday. I’ll drop you a message about the chat.
